Not a host. Not a dev shop. Not a platform.
A WebOps Operator.
Most organizations manage their digital platforms through a fragmented model: a hosting provider for the server, a dev agency for the build, and an internal team trying to hold it together after go-live. Nobody owns the full stack. When something breaks, nobody owns that either.
eWay was built around a different model. We operate the full vertical - cloud infrastructure, CMS platform, security, identity, DevOps pipelines, and ongoing governance under a single managed engagement. We own what we deploy. We maintain what we build. We don't hand off.
We call this being a WebOps Operator. One partner. Continuous operation.
Hosting Provider
Manages the server. Doesn't touch the application. When something breaks at the CMS layer, it's not their problem. Uptime SLA covers the box not what runs on it.
Infrastructure onlyDev Agency
Builds and launches the platform. Hands off at go-live. Post-launch support is hourly, reactive, and rarely in scope. Nobody owns the platform after launch.

The platforms we operate carry public services: how citizens access government, how students apply to college, how patients find care. We treat each environment with the recognition that someone, somewhere, is depending on it to work. That responsibility outlasts any individual project.
Operational accountability
A working environment at go-live is the start of our job, not the end. We measure ourselves by what runs reliably for years, not by what shipped on schedule. When something fails, we own it; when something works, we keep it that way.
Honest partnership
Telling a client their architecture is wrong is harder than telling them it is fine. We do it anyway. The relationships that last are the ones built on judgment our clients can trust, especially when the answer is not the one they expected.

The engineers who operate your environment learn it deeply because they stay. We invest in our team's craft, certifications, and long-term careers because steady, growing engineers produce work that compounds. A managed operations partner is only as good as the people inside it.
Continuous improvement over comfortable maintenance
A platform that ran well last year is not the same platform that needs to run well next year. Traffic patterns change, threats evolve, content grows, integrations multiply. We treat every environment as something to be improved continuously, not preserved as it was the day it launched.

We hire engineers and architects who want to do meaningful work for clients that matter. All members are full time employees. We are not a staff augmentation firm. Our team owns the environments they operate and is accountable for their performance over the long term.
